You receive the start notice, congratulations! Now the process can begin in earnest. After receiving the start notice, you are booked into the production queue in our house factory. When we approach your scheduled production month (the production month is the month you are expected to be sent to production), your project manager will get back to you to schedule a production meeting.

At the production meeting, you go through all your choices again and this is the last chance to make any changes to interior options. That is, all material choices that are not affected by your building notification or building permit. The project manager compiles your order with the choices made and also goes through the costs that have been checked and confirmed after signing the contract. For example, it may be an extra crane cost or some other construction cost that has been checked as agreed when the contract was signed. In the next step, the order, drawings and any additional agreements are sent to you for signing.

At the same time, the production invoice will be sent to you for payment, if it has not been sent out by the time you receive the start notice. Only when everything is signed and the production invoice is paid can your order be sent to the factory to start production.

Once your order has been sent to the factory, you will also receive confirmation that your house is now ready for production.
