Building permit
Once your project manager has received all the drawings from our architects, the file is compiled and sent to your chosen building permit officer. The officer coordinates and orders a measurement of the house on your plot based on the location sketch that you have previously made together with the selling project manager. This is to ensure that the positioning ground lines and heights are correct and that they are drawn in on the drawings. Finally, the administrator then compiles all the documents and drawings required by the municipality and runs the process with your building notification or building permit.
The case officer handles all dialog with the municipality and will get back to the municipality if there are any additions. During this time, you as a customer have direct contact with the case officer if questions arise and the case officer will contact you if necessary.
Important details to consider
- At this stage of the process, there are many drawings that need to be confirmed by you to ensure that you approve the final location, heights etc. This may seem formal, but we would rather get confirmation once too often to avoid something not turning out as you intended.
