Now you enter a new and fun phase, the house is produced and the preparations begin in earnest. Here you will be assigned a new project manager who is a professional in construction and contracting and who will guide you on the final road to a finished house. Within about 1 month, you will be contacted for a start-up meeting with your new project manager. During the start-up meeting, you will go through when the delivery of the house is planned to take place, planning of ground works and what happens before, during and after delivery. If you have questions about extra work that you want to have done on your plot, in connection with our work, you can also coordinate this directly with your project manager. A separate quote can then be prepared for your desired extra work if this has not already been done and is included in an additional agreement during the production meeting.
