  • The General Data Protection Regulation and our handling of personal data. The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) is a new EU-wide regulation that came into effect across the EU on May 25, 2018. GDPR replaces the Swedish Personal Data Act (PuL) and is designed to strengthen the rights of the individual. Husverket AB is the personal data controller for personal data provided prior to or in connection with the fulfillment of the agreed commitment. Such personal data may be supplemented with data from external sources and from private and public registers. Personal data may also be transferred to Husverket by hired subcontractors for the performance of contracts. The personal data may furthermore be used as a basis for Husverket's market and customer analyses, business and method development as well as for statistics and risk management. Personal data may also be used for marketing purposes, including in social media and on websites in text as well as with images and video material. Husverket does not transfer your personal data to others for marketing purposes. Husverket processes personal data in accordance with applicable data protection legislation, such as the Data Protection Regulation (EU 2016/679). Personal data is not stored longer than necessary.
